Four simple steps to start earning recurring revenue

Submit the provider's details, including practice name, and other billing-relevant information.
CareMedox handles the billing setup, integrates with the provider, and begins the billing process.
Receive your monthly share + rewards based on our earnings from that provider — for as long as they stay with us.
Choose the earning model that works best for you
You earn 10% of the total revenue CareMedox receives from the referred provider each month.
If the provider collects $100,000 monthly and our billing fee is 4%, we earn $4,000 — you get $400/month.
You receive 20% of our net profit from that provider.
If we receive $4,000 from a provider and our expenses are $1,500, the net profit is $2,500.Your 20% share is calculated from the net profit, which equals $500 per month.
These milestones / bonus are paid separately from Share Earning structure above.
Refer a healthcare provider with $5 million or more monthly collections and earn a generous performance-based reward.
First Month Reward: Receive an extra 30% of what we collect from the provider in the first month.
Ongoing Reward: Continue earning 10% extra of our reimbursement for the next 6 months.
This offer applies only to the first month at 30%, followed by the 6-month continuation at 10%. Rewards are paid after successful onboarding and confirmed collections.
If the referred provider remains active, you will earn an additional 5% bonus on the revenue of every 6th month, for up to 3 years.
This means the 5% bonus is paid on months 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 only.
Each bonus is paid once and applies only to that specific month’s reimbursement.
Bring 15-20 or more providers with a combined monthly collection of $10 million, and choose one exclusive reward: a car, a house, a family trip (or equivalent cash), or the opportunity to become our Lead Manager.
Lead Manager: A Lead Manager oversees all billing departments. A maximum of three department managers may report to one Lead Manager.
Make your referrals even more compelling — new providers get a 5% discount on our fees for their first three months. This dual-sided incentive helps you close referrals easily and gives providers a runway to see our value.
